Hi, my name is Omar Schneider. I’m an explorer of inner worlds and lawyer by profession. I lead the law firm SCHNEIDER Rechtsanwälte in Germany. I am the founder of the NGO iHELP Kassel e.V. alongside others. As some might have guessed by my name, I’m a Muslim revert.

I share stories on law, life, religion, poetry and everything in between

I created this blog for my inner exploration and finding authentic self expression. I write about my process of uncovering and unveiling what it means to be human to me. I share thought processes, ideas, projects and likewise to make my findings available to you.

For 35 years I struggled – knowing deep down that I wanted to do arts and express myself in that way but never found the courage to actually „go for it“. Until I discovered that I am actually already doing everything I ever wanted to do in every second – only couldn’t I see and appreciate.

We can spend our life hoping for something better, other or different. Or we spend it taking the cards we were getting dealt and start playing.
